Liberty Tax (Junction City, KS) has been doing our taxes for several years and they have always provided us with exceptional service and attention to detail. I typically do not write reviews but felt after using Liberty Tax for the second time and receiving prompt service by the knowledgeable staff I felt it was warranted. My wife is in the military and they took the time to answer our questions and asked some questions we did not even think of. We will be using them next year and then moving on to our next duty station. I can only hope we find someone there that can give us the same great service.

I have been using this Liberty Tax location for the last three years, and I have yet to be disappointed by the service. Whenever I have interacted with the staff at this location, they have always been professional, timely, and willing to help. I think the fact that I continue to come back to this Liberty Tax location despite no longer living in Junction City is a testament to their quality and efficiency. Every year that I file my taxes with Liberty Tax, I am told that my refund should take roughly two weeks; however, I have yet to wait more than a week to receive a refund. This is by far the best place to have your taxes done in Junction City!
