Very friendly professional staff. Even when they’re busy I’ve never had to wait long. And everything I’ve ordered has been fantastic.
there was a huge line but it moved extremely quickly and they still got my order perfect. great job!
Typical Starbucks (that's good). Good service, friendly people. Didn't realize they went to unisex (1person at a time) bathrooms; kinda threw me of at first.
This is my favorite Starbucks! They make the best drinks! Always clean and friendly. Certain hour have longer waits, but if you use the app you can order ahead of time or just go inside. Nice outdoor seating area, the inside isn't as cozy as other Starbucks seating, but is still a nice vibe.
Very disappointed. On two different occasions, a roach was on the pick up counter. The second time this occurred, the staff member tried to kill the roach and it fell off the counter and ran away. The staff member didn’t even try to clean where the roach was walking around. She just went back to making drinks. It seemed to not phase her that there were roaches where the food was laying. This is so disturbing to me. After going to this store almost every day for 2 years, I’m sickened with this and can no longer be a patron of this store. You’ve lost a loyal customer Starbucks. Please get your store clean!
