Reserved a rental car at 4 and they didn't pop-up until 430....cars be dirty still and their service sucks!!!!
The car renting experience was hassle free and quicker. It was just couple of minutes at the counter to sign documents and get the key. The car was in excellent condition.
Had a great experience with Hertz Manhattan. Our car was clean and ready for me at pick up and there were no issues.
This is my first time ever renting a car that experience was fantastic.Fast and friendly customer service and the car was Amazing!!! Hertz will be my go-to place for rentals from now on Oh And fabulous discounts!!
I can only speak for the branch in Manhattan airport and I beleive the manager at Grant Ave in Junction City. The renting went great and I love the car. The billing part is when it went down hill. They got paid but there were holds placed on my accout still for earlier until l return the vehicle. A week later the holds were still there. I called my bank and the 1 800 number for hertz and both parties gave me a run around. You dont know whos telling the truth at this point. I did my review and requested a manager call me back and she was a blessing. The a branch manager from one of the banks I bank with in Texas called and those two managers fixed it within seconds. It people like them that will keep those to companies from going under and customers coming back. Those call centers will be there down fall if they dont fix. I work hard for everything I get and to have a hold that my told me going to be on there for a told of a three weeks was ludicrous. Thank you manangers of those branches for your help and understanding.
