I have been seeing Dr. Craft for several years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. They are quick to answer calls and to get you in if you're in pain. One time I was even able to have my emergency consult at 9 a.m. and get the needed work done at 10:30 a.m. that day. The staff is super professional and friendly. Anytime I've had a question about insurance they've been accurate and helpful.
Dr. Craft and the office manager Letty have a wonderful staff that are always friendly. I would recommend this practice to family and friends living in JC.

I love Dr. Craft's office. Everyone is so friendly and Dr. Craft does excellent quality work. He saved me from having to have a root canal. I told him once that I was going on a visit to Kansas City and he took some time to research some things to see and do after I asked for recommendations. Our insurance recently changed and even though we have to pay more due to this I didn't want to change dentists. That's how much I like and appreciate this dentist practice!
As far back as l remember my mom always took my 2 brothers and I to the dentist every 6 months. I never cared to go and that has followed me in my older years. I will first start by saying that I have been in 3 other Dentists chair. When I found Dr. Craft I was so excited. Doc and his Staff has always been very gentle while explaining everything they are doing.
Called and left a voicemail explained that I had a broken tooth on a Thursday morning. Never heard back from them to even tell me they can't see me. Would recommend Konza over this place.
