As always we got good bargains in the store. But an added bonus for us , they let us park our motor home in thirsty lot overnight. Plenty of room off the side. We parked near the automotive repair area. No traffic at night, and quiet. Thanks Walmart, your the greatest. Matt
The people who work at this place is RUDE the vibe is unwelcoming every time I️ come here. Some of the greeters are nice but the night time ones just look at you and don’t say anything. RUDE. The young lady at the self checkout at night (Caucasian with ginger hair and wears glasses) RUDE. She told the white customers to have a goodnight when they’re exiting but when it was my time to leave she just stared at me and didn’t say a word. Not to mention how she was staring at me while I️ was checking my things out as if I️ was about to steal or something. I️ feel profiled. This is the worse Walmart I’ve ever been to out of my 21 years of living.
This place is the Shining Star of corporate manipulation and greed I ordered my son's birthday present via online and they screwed that up when I could get it nowhere else very disappointed in the staff of the Walmart store whose only response was sorry I'm just a messenger here's your refund, I even spoke to the store manager or director he said the same thing we don't oversee the operations of the online Department we just oversee the operations in the store sorry for your experience. I think management needs to be held responsible just a little when the customer chooses their store to pick up merchandise from. I will be taking my business elsewhere this Christmas knowing that my son can't even get his birthday presents from here or online and the store can only say sorry. Looks like Amazon and Target when be getting my business this year. Maybe if for every screw up that Walmart said sorry for they gave us customers a $20 gift card I might feel better I'm just saying
Great location right off of I-70, easy to access. This Walmart is slightly smaller than most. The cashiers are very friendly and helpful. During the week there are usually short lines and short wait times. Weekends are pretty busy.
The auto service center is always very busy, I've only been successful at having my vehicle serviced there 1x, and the staff that works back there aren't very friendly or helpful. I personally don't even try to go there any more. The auto service center is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Good selection of products, and a decent grocery department. I would say that the fresh produce is Fair-Good, depending on the week.
No one could explain how the soup was organized or why. It is the season when we want soup when not feeling well. I went to Dillons and found the soup I wanted in the time it took to walk in. No more Walmart. I am going to order on Amazon or shop Dillons.
