Sierra was extremely helpful during the loan application process. Only took a few hours to be approved with the loan in hand. I would recommend any service member looking for a loan to stop by and ask for Sierra! Don’t let her touch the paperwork though, she is quite prone to papercuts

Devonda Hunter is the real MVP she stayed late to take care of all the customers who were still waiting to be seen after closing...however I'm a little disappointed with today's experience the new management is awful we came in around 1130 and there was was two workers Mrs.Hunter and who I assume was the manager there was 2 ppl head of us and 3 ppl behind and us and Ms. Hunter was working her ass off to take care of everyone while the manager set on her butt doing nothing idk if she was on break or what but in my year of dealing with this company I've never been in their establishment where there were two ppl on duty but only one actually working....So Mrs. Devonda we appreciate your patience and your kind/friendly service if it wasn't for you we would've took our business else where
Sierra Bromie did my application and worked with me. She was able to get my loan approved with some debt paid off and some cash in hand. Other staff members Devonda Hunter and Vivian Willcoxon were helpful and friendly and answered my questions and took my calls. Atmosphere is welcoming and as soon as you sign in they tell you what you need to do and point you in the right direction. Halloween decor is on point.
