The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They just didn't have what I wanted that day. I would have had to wait 3 more weeks for it to come into the store. I didn't want to wait that long.
The sales lady was very helpful. The problem came in when the delivery guys brought my couch to the house. There was a big tear in the bottom of the chaise. And the 2 other pieces needed to be fixed also. It took almost a month to get them to come out to get the couch to fix it. When the delivery guys hauled out the chaise they knock over my lighthouses yard ornament. When they brought the chaise back and took out the other 2 pieces, one of them said that lady need to learn how to talk to people.I was upset but I was not rude. When they finally brought the other 2 pieces back the store sent a gift which was a nice gesture but I will not shop the Junction City store or any of the other stores again.
Stephanie is great!! My husband and I have been back at this place 3 times and she never fails. We always ask for her service because it is outstanding. We plan to keep coming back! She is full of joy and she keeps us laughing! See you soon steph :)
