I recommended her to a friend and she blotched her hair color. Completely ruined it. It was like straw and the color came out terrible my friend hated it. I lost my trust in her.

Lorna the owner does a good job cutting hair, she's a little too chatty about her personal life,which is fine if you like chatting too. But the last couple of times I went there her personal life issues were affecting her job performance.
