Having done business with another insurance company since 1977, I was reluctant to change. When I did change, I was completely satisfied with the process from start to finish. Karen and her staff went above and beyond to make sure that we understood and was comfortable with the new policies. They do great followup and are always there when you need them. We have the hospital income plan and also our retirement funds with her. Karen takes the extra time to make sure we understand the policies and are getting a plan that is best suited for us. Over the years, she has continued to check with us as our needs change. We also use State Farm bank for our other financial needs and she has been very helpful in getting that set up for us.
