Extremely professional and quick. I had a large water spot on my ceiling that needed to be fixed, they got me a very accurate estimate and the work done within the week. After the work was finished they came back to make sure it was satisfactory. I used them again for issues with outside molding/ large paint chips. Instead of having to repaint the outside of my house they found an exact match to the 8 year old paint saving me a lot of money in the process. If I ever need any work done again, it will be through them.
I first contacted Rainbow for a slight mold issue. It was a home owner claim so dealing with the insurance company was time consuming. However, dealing with Rainbow was differently not. Rainbow completed the mold job to the point there was no way of knowing there was ever an issue. Dakota was very easy to deal with and very respectful. Rainbow does have a subcontractor team headed by Derrick Melton. I was so impressed with their work, I asked them to help with a renovation on my house. I was recently divorced and the house was not taken care of to say the least. Derrick and his team did an awesome and quick job on the house. So much so that my house was rented out in less than a month. Thanks to Rainbow team is probably not enough. I am a retired Army MP would would strongly recommend the Rainbow team.

Rainbow is an excellent company with reliable workers. I scheduled a carpet cleaning on election night, after my business closed at 9pm. Kirk showed up and quickly and effectively vacuumed then shampooed the carpets. I think they look better than when the carpet layers put them in. Through the evening he joked with me and offered to walk me to my car. I would recommend Rainbow International to anyone needing carpets cleaned in their homes or businesses. I will not hesitate to call them again.
I had the opportunity to work with Kirk and Rick when I moved to a different state. While it is not their primary business, the team at Rainbow was able to clean my carpet for me when I sold my home while i was already living out of state. They worked with my Realtor to coordinate the cleaning and the new tenants were very happy with the results. I have a long hair cat and there was even no evidence of her left behind. I would highly recommend Rainbow if you need a one time carpet cleanse or a person to regularly come in and clean up the carpets for you.
