This is the only Pizza Hut, I'll order from in this area. They don't deliver on Fort Riley, but I never have to wait longer than 20 minutes to get a pizza made, unlike the one in Ogden. The staff is very friendly & always respectful. They ALWAYS get my order right, & my pizzas are always perfect. Not overcooked or burnt, & they're not stingy with the toppings.
The lady who was delivering my pizza was absolutely rude when I called her back and told her I had made a mistake on the address. She huffed and puffed because of it. Her name was Diane I believe.
After 3 orders and all of them being wrong, undercooked, & poor customer service, I will spend my money elsewhere.
Delivery: floppy, flaccid fries with no real flavor & boneless wings were dry inside while sauce on outside had no real flavor past oil & hot sauce
Ordered a pizza form them tonight and asked for no grease please. Thinking they would go light on it. I know it can happens because ive ordered it like that before. This pizza was dripping with grease and not even eatable. Absolutely disgusting.
