Honestly wondering what kind of drugs these people were on when packing up my belongings. I didn’t want to hover over them while packing but I will NEVER do that again. Unpacking was so frustrating because you wonder how these “professionals” could be so careless. Anything wood was scuffed, they poured out some of my seasoning shakers but not all..? Items missing, the list goes on. Very unhappy.
STOLE A VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY FROM A ROOM THAT WAS MARKED "DO NOT ENTER DO NOT PACK". Police were notified, company was notified, there was a witness that was one of their own workers and the company STILL HAS NOT fixed this problem with us even though they said they would. We continue to tell people NOT TO USE THEM! if the company fixed this problem then this review would have been a lot different. Such a shame.
Does NOT care about employees at all. Scott is uncaring and inconsiderate! Not someone you want to hire. Wouldn't even let an employee off for his fiances ultrasound appointment to find out what the baby will be. Even tho it was requested off 3 weeks in advance. He straight said he doesn't care. Also, many people I've spoken to say that many things end up broken or damaged. Hard to make the employees care when the boss doesn't
Im giving 3 stars now and will update when actaul loading happens. Day of packing: showed up 10-15 minutes early, almost ALL of the packing crew introduced themselves (2 guys were in the zone) very nice and respectful. Took the lady in charge and her helper around to your what needed packed and what not. They started about 930 and are almost complete packing now (330). If the loaders are as good as these 2 ladies I will absolutely add more stars.
We’ve used King’s twice in the past six months. Would use them MORE, if needed!! The crews are fast, thorough, and honest. Thank you, Jason, for all you and your guys have done.
