This company is not only a joke but a scam. Not only did they let us live without heat for almost FOUR weeks in the dead of winter last year, they scammed us out of $400 dollars in move out cleaning costs, which was NOT justified. I wish my husband and I would have listened to the reviews and opinions of previous renters who had dealt with this awful company. Very, very unprofessional, rude and scandalous. We were blessed to call that beautiful home ours for a year, however, we are disgusted how we were treated and to prevent anyone else from being treated the way we were. RENTERS / BUYERS BEWARE!!!
