I'm the type that is hesitant about certain mechanics and their tactics to over charge customers to profit! It is extremely rare when you cross paths with a business that are not about profiting vs peoples safety! As much research as I conducted, I found Lott's to be genuinely honest! Hats down to you! I highly recommend this business for not only their professionalism, quality but honesty! Don't take your car anywhere else!
I liked the friendly and great service I got for reparing my shocks and struts on my Toyota.
Lott's is the best! I had gave up taking my truck to repair shops because the always did not do what they said and overcharged for work. But Lott's IS HONEST! You can trust their advice and work. Went in for an issue with my truck, dealership wanted $1,600, said it needed new this and that. Lott's found the issue and saved me $1,550. They are knowledgeable and will explain in detail what you need or don't. I will drive back to them for all my repairs even if in another state, because I trust them and know they will do what they say. They are friendly, talk to you respectfully and I say again, they are HONEST and provide quality service and work. Thank you Lott's!

Marty and Levi are seriously courteous and as honest as they come. They are not there to get rich, but truly provide a professional service. As you will see, this shop is a certified Jasper Engine installer. Having a shop certified to install Jasper engines, says a lot about this business, I know I have had an engine installed by a certified shop…completely satisfied. You will also notice that they work through the standard lunch break, allowing folks to stop by during their lunch. The list goes on and on, bottom line is they are what you are looking for. Damn fine people!
