Sealed my oil filter on without lubricating it and also over tightened my oil drain cap. Scratched my rims as well and charged my wife and I lifetime tire balancing when my treads were low. Also over-torqued my wheel lug nuts. My wife's car was fine and was serviced by a different mechanic. See pictures.
Went out of their way to help out-of-towners with a shredded tire back in June. Understanding, honest and fair. Really nice. Highly recommended!
If you have a splash guard on the bottom of your vehicle, make sure you check to see if it is put back on correctly before you leave this place. Mine is now cracked and hanging down due to their negligence. I wonder why I see so many cars around here with splash guards hanging down because they probably got an oil change at this location! I would not recommend taking your car here. I will not be back to this location nor will any of my family members.
We are from out of town. Got a flat less than half a mile from the store. Were able to get vehicle to store, received great service from the tire department.
Where people come to wait for 4-5 hour to have thier vehicle done. Don't waste your time.
