Little overpriced on some of the house deco goods but no worse than local competition.
The staff seem knowledgeable and if they don't know they will get someone that does.
Customer service is fantastic if you're a wanna be DIY enthusiast. Need a tool? They are happy to help you find it and if you're chatty about your project they are honest enough to tell you if you're getting the wrong item and direct you to the correct item even if it's cheaper.
