This is a poor ran mom and pop shop for warranty repairs. My unit took over 2 months to get reapaired. Use something like United Radio instead. Also check out the BBB for this company as there are other compaints (which I would have before dealing with them). Owner and staff kept comming up with excuses for getting my unit repaired.
I had good service from wizard's as factory authorized Pioneer TV repair center. They picked up my TV and delivered it in about 2 weeks. I live about 45 miles from them. They were very personable.
Phone # given on google is no good. I've been trying to call to get a price quote for a couple days now and no one answers.
