They are rude and inefficient. I have never seen such inept business. I've been waiting for my itinerary for several days now. I guess because the wife can barely speak English, her husband is forgetful, they cant seem to figure out how to use email. Although they didn't have a problem taking my elderly aunt's money! I would not recommend this company to anyone. Keep your money and go elsewhere!
