Dr Culbertson and her nurse were so rude. They didn't care about my concerns, they talked to me like I was an inconvence for them. If Culbertson is your primary doctor I would recommend trying to change.
The staff are kind and courteous and the facility is very clean. Dr. Gooch is wonderful. She is the best doctor I have ever had.
This medical center is the best I have ever been to, but it would be even better if they were reachable over the phone.
I love the knowledgable medical staff here! However they need to reconsider who they hire as a receptionist. Their phone is never answered. The one time I got somebody to answer, I was put on hold for twenty minutes, hung up on, and then had my following calls ignored.
Called because my daughter has ear pain and they can give me an appointment for November 1st. That's like 10 days from now... Are you serious? In my opinion, Doctors are great, but one of the receptionist could be a bit rude only does the minimum to help you out. That's a bit too sad
This facility used to be The best, since then it has quickly gone downhill. It went from Amazing caring doctors, to providers like Gooch who couldn't care less about helping any of her patients. I've seen Similar Providers there that are equally disrespectful, unprofessional and just completely rude and inconsiderate but Gooch is definitely The worst. Congratulations flint hills for making going to the doctor the equivalent to getting bullied in high school.
