I responded to a job posting on Indeed that only included a basic job description for a shift nurse. I sent them my resume and was told to come for an interview, no other information about the position was offered. When I got to the interview, I was told that I must fill out an application and read the job description before being interviewed. The job description was the same as online verbatim, and still did not state what position, hours, or shift I was applying for. When I told them that I would like to know what job I was applying for before I filled out an application, I got some serious attitude from the staff. I made a few simple but painful inquiries about what shifts were available, told the DON it wouldn't work out, and politely left. When I got home I received a string of unprofessional emails from the Director of Human Resources stating that I should have read the job description before I came to the interview. As I am writing this review, they still haven't updated the job description information. This kind of incompetent and childish behavior of blaming others for your failure is unacceptable for anyone in a management position and directly reflects upon this company as a whole. These are not the type of people you want to work for, or the type of people you want running a care facility for the sake of the residents. On a positive note, I liked the dog.
Favoritism among the staff. Treat staff like crap. If they don't like you they will find a reason to lie on you to get you fired. The owner is a creeper who installed cameras everywhere and watches the staff all the time. I am a soldier and not affiliated with them other than a couple of friends parents stay/stayed here.
