Doctors, blood draw personnel (especially the guy in camo scrubs, social workers and nurses are phenomenal. Issues are the same as reviews with nurses and doctors making contact with them but there's also my health e vet for that for people tech savvy but still needs to be corrected. Receptionist are good except one of them who has poor phone etiquette on the phone which is why I'm writing this. They also don't seem to answer the phone until 0900.
THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! Dr. Reimer is awesome, but I can't get in to see her again because I can never make an appointment!!! UGH!
Doesn't call you back, dismisses you when you need help...and that's only when you can actually reach somebody. You're better off going to the Topeka VA.
I love my Dr. but i can never get ahold of the nurse. I live 35 min away and cant just stop in. So sad that they never call back. Very disappointed in the care i recieve.
I am receiving the help I need and I am on the road to recovery. Kindness is even more remarkable when you are at your lowest and the staff was kind and professional to me.
