Their steak burgers & fries were delicious. I got their frozen concrete Hawaiian flavor which tasted better than Dairy Queen's blizzard. We had to stop in their store again on our trip home just so I could get another frozen concrete custard.
Never heard of a Freddy's always had Steak and Shake growing up. But since me and my husband moved to Kansas I got to try Freddy's for the first time and I'm so obsessed with this place their burgers are awesome and I love their custard ice cream. I also love that they never forget my two fur babies and give me little ice creams for them.
Slow drive thru but the cashier was very nice. I got the a bacon cheeseburger and the dry edges of the meat scratched my throat. I totally recommend this sandwich if you have a scratchy throat and need some relief.
Service was slower than I experienced at Freddy's in Wichita. Very few people in the restaurant, not very many employees and they were talking a lot amongst themselves. Girls had long pony tails which were pulled back but were flopping around the food. The bathroom was dirty, my feet slid on the floor trying to open the door. Paper towels came out in little 4 inch pieces. Returned to counter to order a small malt, took forever to get waited on and to get the malt which turned out to be strawberry rather than banana we ordered. I've never been disappointed by any Freddy's in Wichita. This Junction City restaurant really surprised me.
The food is always good and I enjoy the custard more than any other ice cream in town. However, the music is so loud its hard to have a casual conversation.
