Fast service today, they seem to be training new hires, there were a lot of workers!! Polite..food came quickly.
Bad service. I waited for about 10 minutes to order before I decided to just leave. There was no one in line and the lady that was suppose to be taking my order was standing out talking. She seen us walk in and she was also told by other employees that she has a customer but decided to carry on with her conversation. The customer service is horrible. By the employee taking so long, I was able to see the flies flying around the food. The food needs to be covered up to keep flies out of it. That is just disgusting.
The food here is fine. I've never been disappointed with it. But the wait times can get a little ridiculous. I've never been here at a super busy time, but it always seems to take a long time. I'd also like to see the dining area cleaned up a little better. The carpet and tables always look grimy.
Delicious fresh food with great quick service! I eat out at Wendy's more than I care to admit and I'm never disappointed. From their chicken nuggets, to chicken sandwich, to their salads, shakes and burgers, every thing on their menu is always fantastic and fast!
Good food... for fast food, lots of options. Even healthier or more unconventional flavor/pairings than most other burger joints
