This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I walked in the showroom and nobody was there to help me I stood alone for 10 minutes then left. Absolutely ridiculous, if you want good customer service I recommend the audio junction in Manhattan Kansas they were helpful kind Friendly and help me as soon as I walked in the door
Great owner and staff really enjoys what he does and had real experience with what he sells. Goes above and beyond and not unreasonable on prices. Got subs and an additional battery in my Benz and they did a clean professional job definitely recommend
Started off ok until we discussed price. Asked if he would do I military discount he stated no (which is totally fine) but, he then proceeded to tell me that everyone here is military, he was a military brat, his family members were in the military basically saying it's nothing special. Also when I told him that a lot of reviews for the product I wanted installed stated that it was an easy install, he said basically said yeah sure and shut my door and walked away. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
