The people at this store really tried to milk us for our money. They blamed a bait and switch on miscommunication. Hopefully someone else has a better experience with this particular store because we did not.
Had a great experience, rented a washer and dryer and then moved into a place that had their own set. Returned and got credit for what we paid for.
Recently moved to San Antonio, had issues with the Rent a Center in Texas about adding onto our account, This store called the one in Texas and solved the whole issue for us and insured we were satisfied with the process. Thanks guys.
Taking advantage of the elderly as far as I am concerned. My mother paid for an entire month. It takes them a week to get what she paid for. Then they want to charge her for another entire month without repaying her for the week she didn't have what she paid for! No ethics whatsoever!
Was not transparent with the contract, a generic bedroom set ended up costing $250/month for 14 months! Thats at least a 300% markup from any other place selling the same thing!
