very disappointed with their service (THEY DO NOT HONOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY) I recently got married and had to join accounts with Sprint. My husband had an Iphone 7 from Tmobil payed for and was unlocked by Tmobil and I ordered a Sprint SIM card everything was ready to go so they can turn his iphone 7 from Tmobil to Sprint. The Sprint Store in Junction City was not able to do that and they told my husband the only option he had was to get a "SPRINT phone." ... COME TO FIND OUT THAT IS NOT TRUE! ANY IPHONE 7 CAN BE USED WITH ANY CARRIER REGARDLESS OF WHO YOUR CARRIER WAS. ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS MAKE SURE THE PHONE IS UNLOCKED, ADD THE SERIAL NUMBER TO THEIR SYSTEM AND ACTIVATE THE SIM CARD!!!! THESE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR MAYBE THEY JUST DON'T WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO HELP YOU OUT..EITHER WAY I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED. THEY GIVE ME 14 DAYS TO RETURN A PHONE BUT THEY SHIPPED THE PHONE THEY BOUGHT FROM ME THE NEXT DAY??? WHAT KIND OF BS IS THAT.. IF I HAVE 14 DAYS TO CHANGE MY MIND THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO KEEP MY PHONE FOR 14 DAYS TOO. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. STAY AWAY!!!

Great help "service technician" help out of large bind, phone giving trouble Robert Collins fixed issue gave me update information and also went through the process of explaining what to and not to do to make it easier on my phone in future . Anybody in area stop here for great help from service technician and sale's will help you out.Thank you so much.
Came in from out of town as this is the closest regional repair center. I was greeted at the door by a young woman. She was very professional, I explained my situation. She said she wasn't a sales representative and disappeared too the back. Made me wonder why an employee was sitting behind the sales counter, yet was neither a sales rep or service tech. After 10 minutes of waiting, I walked over to the repair window and once again explained my phone needed replaced under recall. The Tech. wrote up a ticket and said it would be about an hour. On my way out, I saw the young woman who greeted me playing on a display phone. It made me wonder what exactly is she does. It's a small store front with a few Point of Sale registers and a service department.
Really friendly workers and a busy store! I recently switched from Verizon and right now, I could not be happier. Also, this store has a service shop inside so that is very nice.
