never been here being new to state and city had no idea what this place was and well when people talked about it i assumed it was just that a bar like any other typical bar but assumed you could vape in this one where in most places cigarettes are banned i thought i was getting pretty decent service with the exception the person i was dealing with had to refer to another person whom worked there assumed owner about pricing and such whom was engaged in other conversation at the time but made decent suggestions to the person trying to help me find what i was looking for thank you for the suggestions but i didn't see any pricing on the products on display and when i had to inquire about pricing for several different items for what i ended up purchasing also they didnt have everything for the item i needed on hand i understand supply and demand but when i asked for a reciept i also seen what i paid but not for the pricing per item i paid so in this case if something would be defective how would i know what i paid to get a refund if i was unhappy with the product also they as well as the customers visiting seemed annoyed at me and my questions also i was given information on vaping but they had no supporting brochure to advocate the information i was given aside from the fact i researched information on my own there was no sign i could see about there store policy as to products, purchase's and or exchanges i left about closing sent my spouse in to finish off the transaction i made and apparently there had been a conversation held about me when my significant other entered the store whom the people halted the conversation with a shut up so i am very unhappy to say the very least . do people talk bad and make fun of customers simply trying to invest in what they are selling aside from the issue also a military member ,customer was involved in that i cried on my way home and was distraught and could not sleep wondering what these people had to say about me i thought i got decent service until my spouse asked me what did you say to make them talk about you .... did i ask to many questions did i not fit your idea of a typical customer did i offend you or the employees in some way i was simply trying to be social and friendly and complete a purchase that would make my significant other happy to say the very least this review had to be re written several times because i was not going to rate it but i am angry and upset at how i was made fun of by the employees and customer and sadly my spouse over heard that but they did help me make my purchase and i have to return to pick up a piece for the vape this evening i think aside from the after math they may well could have seemed polite
Great place to shop and talk, great products and prices. Staff are very helpful! The actual owner of the store, Antonio, took time out of his busy day to provide me with a source for a paper that I am writing for school! That's great customer service right there!
(RE: thank you for your response ; Except i do not think you understand how you made my husband feel embarrassed when asking him THAT'S YOUR WIFE... AS IF HE SHOULD BE ASHAMED and some of you did not realize he was my spouse lastly you insulted me and if that is your idea of an apology that is very sad its more of a social broadcast as to overlook poor conduct in dealing with how you treat, think about and talk about your consumers and customers we came today and you still do not have the item we are seeking told to come back again tomorrow :(
