Not sales related but I lost my phone in the area. One of the mechanics found it and returned it. An expensive phone he could have kept. A breath of fresh air in today's society.
Just went in to get the rear tire replaced. This service department gets the job done and on time as promised. Everyone is very friendly and the checked out my bike without being asked and let me know things I should take care of. I trust them for sales and service and any parts I need. You can't go wrong dealing with these folks.
They had my parts for ove 10 days. Had someone call or I'd still be waiting. Lol
Didn't make a buy here but cannot say enough about how cordial, transparent, and personable Jeff Maddox was. I never felt demeaned or disrespected. Great dealership that is clean, well stocked, and also has free donuts and coffee. Waiting area has a TV where kiddos can be entertained while the guy or gal shops for a bike. Cannot comment on service but sure hope it matches the above.
