Being that it was my first time buying a car from a dealership and only being 21 i was pretty nervous. They went out of their way to get the exact car that i was looking for and even got helped get me financed by myself without a cosigner. About a week after i got the car i had a few issues with the car, they were extremely quick to help me get the car fixed and to make things right. Amy Armstrong was my sales consultant and has been AWESOME! She has gone above and beyond the entire time i have worked with her.
While they have a wide selection, the salesman are really pushy and won't leave you alone days after you left the place.
Sold us a car but come to find out was marked up almost double it’s value now we need a bigger car and can’t afford one due to being upside down so badly.
Absolutely amazing experience! I couldn't believe the amount of work the D.E.L motors team put in on my behalf! Amy and Don bent over backwards for me and i hardly lifted a finger! Not only did Amy find the perfect car for my family it was well under budget! I couldnt describe the amount of utter professionalism and respect they displayed. Also Don called numerous banks to fight over the best deal! I was approved by the first bank but Don wasnt happy with the percentage so he kept calling around and got it further lowered by more than half! I was amazed! Don said simply "Why wouldnt i want you to have the best deal? Thats the kind of stuff that keeps you coming back" and they're 100% correct. I am a customer for life!
