Steve in the service department figured out my problem in 30 seconds flat! Lucky for me it is an easy fix.

I would not recommend the KIA dealership in Junction City under any circumstances. Some of their employees in their service dept are the worst ever.
The last and final time was later last year when there was a recall for a part in the passenger door. I had contacted a gentlemen there and he said to bring it in and that it should be covered under the warranty, but when I got it there, that guy was not there and his fill-in couldnt even find my name in the system at first and said I would pay to have it done. I had a letter from the manufacturer and even showed it to the guy there and he said it wasnt that part and I would have to pay for it. It ended up it was the part and they replaced it after much complaining from them and them trying to get out of fixing it as a warranty part. The manufacturer letter even said I would get a basic inspection out of it, but when I asked if I could get it, they said no because they didnt have the manpower or time and if they did that, then it meant they were not working on paying customers vehicles!!!!
The next time was last summer when I took it to them was for warranty issues on the transmission since it was acting up. After they got it in their shop, they said they couldnt find anything wrong and charged me over $100 to look at it (It was suppose to be warranty work). Of course the next day the transmission was acting up again.
The first time was over a yr ago when I had a broke front windshield and was calling to get an estimate of a replacement, the lady would not give it to me. She said I had to bring it in, I told her I was over an hr away. It should have been easy since it was a newer Kia Sorrento and they would have to just replace the whole windshield. After much time on the phone, she wouldn't even give me a rough idea of the cost. I asked what a new windshield would cost if I bought it from them, she still wouldnt then give it to me cuz she said I was just going to have it done somewhere else. Of coarse I would after that treatment. I ended up calling the dealership in Ft Collins CO where I bought it and they gave me all the info I needed to replace it to include all cost down to the penny. Needless to say I took to elsewhere to have it worked on. They lost out on that sale due to horrible customer service!
Was there for a monthly outing they have to promote people in. The facility and vehicles on display are real nice
I would give this dealership a NEGATIVE 5 star if I could. I tried to not give it any stars, but then the system wouldnt let me post it so that is the only reason I picked the 1 star. There was not one good thing to come out of my time with them. I have learned my lesson and am never going back and feel sorry for anyone who goes thru what I did!!!!!
