Firsthand, I appreciate being able to schedule service appointments via the website, it's so much more easier and convenient. Secondly, when I arrived to my appointment and to greeted by name was refreshing! Not only did the mechanics do an amazing job with the service and resetting the system, but they called when they found all the issues (not each time they found an issue). I understand why my husband was so adamant about me taking our vehicle to Jim Clark and Clark ONLY! When I returned to pick up my vehicle, checkout was swift and friendly. It's refreshing to come in contact with great customer service. It's a soothing reminder that good people still exist. Thank you very much!

My experience with Jim Clark was great. The salesman was knowledgeable and always very professional towards me. However, the finance manager really made me feel disgusted with his final numbers. My wife and I were told 1 thing then they changed the numbers. I'm not happy with my Equinox but it's a great vehicle. I wish I had kept my other trades.
Questions were answered to our satisfaction. Very friendly and accommodating. Worked well with our time frame for viewing, test drives, and meeting to explain financials. Took time to show us how to operate special features and to compare different trims.
Purchased my car about a month ago. Everything went great and had amazing service. I bought it at 19% oil life and was told and expecting a free oil change. Came to my oil change and found out it was not free and would only take 1 hour. The service actually took 2 hours and they do not have shuttles on Saturday, so expect to wait.
Jim Clark has a customer for life, and would highly recommend.
